How Our COD Process Works

Order placement

Customers place orders on our country-specific storefronts and provide phone and delivery address.

Verification call

Our team confirms the order by phone/SMS to reduce returns and ensure address accuracy.

Local dispatch & delivery

Orders dispatch from local warehouses. Delivery is handled by vetted last-mile partners (ETA 1–3 business days).

Cash collection

Payment is collected on delivery. An official receipt is provided and remittances are reconciled daily.
